Branches Coordinator 

Basically, this person should act as the liaison between the branch coordinators and the rest of the VSC.  Generally, this person should "chat up" the coordinators and even visit their events.  Make sure branch events get to the newsletter on time, and that individual branch coordinators have everything they need to set up and publicize their events.
