Durango Events

The Vegetarian Society of Colorado extends a warm farewell to Paige Newman as she leaves Colorado and heads west to San Diego, CA. Paige did a tremendous job as coordinator for the vegetarians in Durango and we all will miss her. Thanks Paige and we all wish you well!

The new coordinator of Durango VSC events and gathering will be Christopher Polzin. Christopher comes to us from Ohio where he was the coordinator of a singles vegetarian group. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning vegetarianism and is eager to meet everyone! Christopher can be contacted by email at ctpz@hotmail.com. Events:

On November 16 at 6 P.M. we are meeting at Fort Lewis College's Environmental Center for a potluck and discussion of the center and what they offer there, among other related environmental issues. 

Durango members are invited this November to join the VSC for their annual Thanksgiving dinner held in Denver. This spectacular event will include a silent action as well as a potluck dinner! Contact Christopher to schedule a carpool to the event and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
