Potluck and Membership Meeting
Sunday, September 19--
Potluck and dessert sampling at the home of George and Ellen Pelton,
6689 S. Piney Creek Rd. in Aurora. Gather at 4:00, eat at 5:00. Membership meeting at 3:00 p. m. for all concerned.
Chris and Jacqueline Lombardi, whose new business One More Bite is
described elsewhere in this issue, will be on hand with samples of their
scrumptious vegan desserts. You'll also have a chance to get up
close and personal with George's horse Junebug and meet his newly
acquired goat.
Please bring a vegetarian dish to serve eight, plus serving utensil,
recipe card, and your own place setting.
Directions: from the
intersection of E. Arapahoe and S. Parker Rd., go 1 1/2 miles east. When
the road narrows, turn in the first driveway on the left. The Peltons'

Our get-togethers at Govinda's and Watercourse foods have been a great
success! Cheery faces, great conversation, a full menu's worth of
veggie (and vegan!) food and barrels of fun!
