September Potluck
Date: Sunday, September 21st, 4:30pm
Please join us for the annual potluck at the home of George Pelton. Those of you who have been around for awhile know that we look forward to this each year! Please bring a vegetarian dish to share, your own place setting/utensils, and a beverage. George's address is 6689 S. Piney Creek Circle, but he said it's a little tricky and has offered these directions: go east on Arapahoe, to the end of the six lane road where it merges into two lanes, and they are "right there". If you have not been there before, or have other questions, you may call George at 303-699-1507.
October Potluck
Date: Sunday, October 19th, 5:00pm
Our October potluck will be at the home of Kate Lawrence and Keith Akers in southeast Denver. Share great food and fellowship, recipe ideas, and talk about the latest goings on. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share and your own place setting/utensils. Their house is 2865 S. Gilpin St. in Denver, near Porter Hospital and Denver University.
To get there from I-25: go to exit 205 on I-25, and take University Blvd. heading south. Continue south on University Blvd. past Evans until you get to Yale. Make a right (west) at the stop light at Yale, go about seven blocks to S. Gilpin St., then go left (south) for a block and a half until you get to 2865 S.
Gilpin, a red brick house on the right. Gilpin is a side street between Williams and Franklin. Questions? Lost? Give Kate or Keith a call at 303-300-2368.
