The VSC Executive Committee has decreed -- we must take immediate measures to get rid of dangerously overstocked VSC inventory!  Yes, prices are being slashed in this never-to-be-repeated, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! 

"I'd have to be crazy to offer these prices!" says Nan Lovell, President of the VSC.  "In fact, we've decided to make the ultimate price reduction -- we're giving it away!  Well, to VSC members who join or renew, anyway."

If you join the VSC as a new member, OR RENEW AS AN EXISTING MEMBER, you will get a coupon that is redeemable at ANY VSC literature table.  Just show up at a VSC event, present your coupon at the literature table, and get any book, T-Shirt, or video on the table.  Note: first come, first served!  Supplies are limited!  Offer expires after all of our merchandise is gone, or on December 31, 2003, whichever comes first.  (It is unlikely that we will run out of merchandise, but possible.)   New members joining for the first time  -- this is in ADDITION to the other book you will receive, “Of These Ye May Freely Eat.” 

You don't have to receive a membership renewal letter to renew.  If your membership expires March 2004, just renew for another year right now -- use the form in the back of the newsletter and send it in.  We'll extend your membership until March 2005 and you'll get a coupon for a free book, T-shirt, or video.

"But I just renewed last week!"  Oh, all right.  We'll backdate this offer and send you a coupon if you renewed anytime after August 1, 2003.
