Mile Hi VegetariansWe’re back from summer sabbatical! The Mile Hi Vegetarians is a group of the Mile Hi Church of Religious Science located at the NE corner of Alameda and Garrison in Lakewood. (Garrison is between Wadsworth and Kipling). All are welcome! You need not be a regular at Mile Hi to attend this, or any of our gatherings. See you there! September features our annual birthday bash! Bring your favorite vegetarian birthday dish to share with 8 and your own place setting. Please remember to bring either a recipe card, or a list of ingredients for your dish to assist those with food allergies and/or preferences. The program for September continues our exploration of vegetarianism and various spiritual traditions, with the focus this month being Judaism. Our October 13 gathering will be at 1:30 at a restaurant to be announced at the September gathering. Pre-registration for this event will be required so that the restaurant can be prepared. Our monthly meetings are on the second Sunday of each month. The September event will be held at 1:30 pm in the Mile Hi Community Center (located immediately to the north of the church building).
