Congratulations to our vegetarian members Rose Theirl and Aaron Lake, who are engaged to be married next Spring! Rose will be the new coordinator of the Colorado Springs VSC branch. The VSC welcomes all of our new members in the Springs area. We look forward to meeting you at one of our next events.

Sunday Sept 8th. Restaurant Outing 6:30pm The SpiritWorld Organic Vegetarian Cafe 1124 Manitou Ave., 719-685-0986, Dine in outside gardens and creekside tables at this unique vegetarian cafe featuring an organic buffet, desserts, coffees, teas, fruit drinks, spirits, and microbrews. Sunday Oct 13th. Potluck at 6:30pm at Aaron and Rose Lake: 729 N. Tejon (Dale St & Tejon: downtown). Please bring a plant-based dish to serve 8 people or dessert and drink. After the dinner, enjoy a walk down Tejon, through downtown Colorado Springs and catch a performance by one of the city's local musicians.
