Boulder Events
The VSC would like to send out a huge thanks to all of our members who helped at the Dr Greger event this past March. The lectures were fun, informative, and quite successful. A special thanks goes to Stephanie Janard and Stephanie Slavick for their dynamite cooking demonstration at the Boulder Depot and to the Boulder Co-Op Market for the use in their Community Room.
In addition to an eventful time with Dr Greger, VSC members also enjoyed a pleasant potluck with Jill Yarger at her newly acquired Boulder home. Jill did a fantastic job presenting a picturesque rendition of her wild and crazy safari trek through Kenya and Tanzania! Next time you see her, be sure to ask Jill why when one travels abroad to not leave home without a bottle of the “pink stuff!” Thanks Jill!
