COME JOIN US!! Everyone is welcome! The Mile Hi Vegetarians hold a monthly potluck at the Mile Hi Church of Religious Science located at the NE corner of Alameda and Garrison in Lakewood. (Garrison is between Wadsworth and Kipling). You need not attend Mile Hi to join our gatherings.

The program for 2002 focuses on religions that incorporate vegetarianism as part of the belief system. Please join us to receive a copy of the program. January featured Seventh Day Adventism, and February featured Hinduism. On March 10, at 1:30 pm, we will host a speaker on Buddhism. On Friday, April 19, our standard day and program deviate a bit and we will have "Soup Night" – no cooking needed, just pay $5 at the door to enjoy homemade soup, salad, and bread, and a showing of the movie "Babe". This gathering will be in the town home complex just north of the church.

Bring a vegetarian dish to share with 8 and your own place setting. Please remember to bring either a recipe card, or a list of ingredients for your dish to assist those with food allergies and/or preferences. Our monthly events are generally held the second Sunday at 1:30 pm in the Mile Hi Community Center (located immediately to the north of the church building).
