The vegetarians of Colorado Springs have their monthly potlucks on the 2^nd Sunday of every month. Please join us for these great gatherings! Bring only your dish and your own place setting.

In March, the members of the VSC in Colorado Springs will be having an outing at the China China restaurant on Friday March 22 at 6:00pm. This restaurant, recently written up in a review by Kassy, a Springs member of the VSC, is known for its excellent vegetarian meals. For dessert after this delicious meal everyone will be heading to Mona Lisa’s for chocolate fondue! Be sure to join us for this spectacular night in Manitou!

In April, the Springs members will enjoy some of the best vegetarian pizza in town with a night out at Poor Richard’s Pizza. This downtown café is well known for its gourmet pizzas and they can be made with vegan cheese! So everyone can enjoy this outing! Be sure to bring the kids for there is a children’s reading and play area in the rear of the café. Join us at 6:00pm inside the café on April 27^th.

As always, the VSC likes to say thanks to those members who have benefited the organization. A big thank you goes to Kassy who has joined the VSC newsletter team as a restaurant reviewer.
