Start the New Year off on the right foot by attending the first Denver potluck of 2002. The potluck will be at the South Presbyterian Church in Denver on Sunday, January 20th at 5:00 p. m.

This event features John Pierre, who will be speaking on fine tuning the vegan lifestyle. He will be discussing the importance of exercise, motivation and more. Bring your favorite vegetarian dish to share and ingredient card, along with your own plates and utensils. Meet starting at 5:00 p. m. John will start speaking at approximately 5:30 p. m.

John Pierre, a fitness trainer and nutrition consultant from Chicago, Illinois will be speaking on Fine Tuning the Vegan Lifestyle during the potluck event scheduled on Sunday, January 20th. John conducts athletic training and soccer camps, and is a regular presenter at the North American Vegetarian Society's annual Summerfest. He lectures around the country about the benefits of exercise, motivation and much more.

The South Presbyterian Church is located at 1700 S. Grant St. in Denver, at the corner of Mexico and S. Grant streets, three blocks east of Broadway.
